At New Select Graphix (NSG), we specialize exclusively in customized printing services. Every order is printed based on the specific requirements, designs, sizes, colors, and content approved by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we follow a strict No Refund & No Return policy.

No Refund & No Return Policy

All products and services offered by New Select Graphix are custom-made. Therefore:

  • Refunds are not applicable for any printing order.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations are not allowed once an order is confirmed and approved for printing.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Visiting cards
  • Brochures & flyers
  • Banners & posters
  • Labels & stickers
  • Packaging materials
  • Promotional print items
  • Bulk and corporate printing orders

Customer Responsibility & Approval

Before printing begins:

  • Customers must carefully review and approve the final design, content, spelling, colors, dimensions, and quantity.
  • Once approval is given, the order is treated as final.

NSG is not responsible for errors present in customer-approved designs, including:

  • Spelling or grammatical mistakes
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Color variations due to screen-to-print differences
  • Design alignment or layout issues approved by the customer

Color & Print Variation Disclaimer

  • Minor color variations may occur due to differences between digital screens and actual print output.
  • Such variations are normal in the printing industry and do not qualify for refund or return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Rare Cases)

We take strict quality measures to ensure accurate and high-quality printing.

If you receive an order that is damaged during transit or printed incorrectly due to our error:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Mention your Order ID in the communication

After verification, NSG may decide (at its discretion) to:

  • Reprint the affected items, or
  • Provide an appropriate resolution

This does not guarantee a refund or return.

Shipping-Related Issues

  • NSG is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to customer mishandling is not eligible for any resolution.

  • Acknowledge that all printing services are customized
