Nature of Services

New Select Graphix provides customized printing services only. All products are printed strictly as per customer-approved specifications, designs, sizes, colors, and quantities.

Orders & Confirmation

• All orders are considered final once confirmed.
• Printing begins only after final design approval from the customer.
• Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once production has started.
• NSG reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion.

Artwork & Design Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of their artwork, including spelling, content, alignment, and colors.
• NSG is not liable for errors in customer-approved designs.
• Customers confirm they have legal rights to use all content, images, and logos provided.
• Minor color variations between screen display and printed output are normal and acceptable.

No Refund / No Return Policy

• All printing services are custom-made.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.
• Reprints, if any, are provided solely at NSG’s discretion in rare cases of verified printing error.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before or during order confirmation.
• NSG reserves the right to withhold production or delivery if payment is not received.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on order size and location.
• NSG is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Confidentiality & Privacy

• All customer data and design files are treated as confidential.
• Information is used strictly for order processing and service fulfillment.

Limitation of Liability

• NSG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

Intellectual Property

• All website content, logos, text, and visuals belong to NSG and may not be reused without permission.
• Customer-provided designs remain the customer’s property.

Force Majeure

NSG shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, power failures, or government restrictions.

Amendments

NSG reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
